A legal disclaimer
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to CeMoney Digital Solutions are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Deposits or retainers

Partial milestone payments

Full-service package payments

Digital downloads or deliverables
Once work has begun or access to digital materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
2. Deposit Requirement
To secure your project slot, a non-refundable deposit is required before work can begin. This deposit confirms your commitment and compensates us for time, resources, and opportunity costs.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed-upon deadline may result in paused services or project termination without refund.
3. Cancellations by the Client
If you choose to cancel the project after payment but before work has started, CeMoney Digital Solutions may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund minus administrative and consultation fees.
Once a project has started, no refunds will be granted.
4. Cancellations by CeMoney Digital Solutions
In rare cases where we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on how much work has been completed. This will be clearly communicated in writing.
5. Service Dissatisfaction
We strive for clear communication and client satisfaction, but due to the subjective nature of creative and digital work:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
