Clients retain ownership of content they provide, but grant us the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

3. No Guarantees

We do our best to deliver high-quality results. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales, website traffic, or revenue. All services are provided "as-is" and "as available."

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CeMoney Digital Solutions, LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from:

  • The use of or inability to use our website or services

  • Errors, delays, or omissions in service

  • Any third-party tools, platforms, or vendors integrated into your project

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in service delays or project termination. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final once the project begins. If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of CeMoney Digital Solutions.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and handle personal information.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
